Our Services
Hands-on fiber optic field services — the work we do every day. We focus on what we're best at: building, splicing, troubleshooting, and connecting fiber networks.
We do not perform road trenching or work requiring heavy civil equipment.
Reactive Field Technicians
Rapid-response field teams for live network issues. We dispatch certified technicians to diagnose faults, restore service, and meet SLA targets — day or night.
ABCD Can Assembly & Installation
Build and install multiport service terminal (MST) cans at designated network access points. Includes splicing, labeling, port verification, and weatherproofing per spec.
LSP (Local Splicing Point) Builds
Assembly and installation of local splicing point enclosures. Fiber routing, splice organization, closure sealing, and OTDR verification of every completed LSP.
Aerial Fiber Construction
Aerial fiber placement including strand installation, cable lashing, and self-supporting ADSS cable runs between poles. Proper sag and tension to spec.
Drop Teams — Residential & MDU
End-to-end fiber drop installation from the access point to the customer premises. NIU mounting, cable routing, fiber jack placement, and service activation.
Apartment Complex Connectivity
Complete apartment and multi-dwelling unit fiber builds. FDH/FDT installation, riser cable routing, hallway distribution, and unit-by-unit drop connections for Google Fiber and other ISPs.
NDP Assembly & Connection
Network Demarcation Point (NDP) box installation, fiber termination, and connection to the outside plant distribution network. Testing and labeling per project standards.
F1 / F2 / F3 Tracing & Troubleshooting
Systematic fiber tracing across F1 (feeder), F2 (distribution), and F3 (drop) plant tiers. Fault localization using OTDR, VFL, and tone tracing to isolate issues at any network level.
Boring — Driveways & Sidewalks
Horizontal boring under driveways, sidewalks, and landscaping for conduit placement. Clean entry/exit pits, minimal surface disruption, and restoration after completion.
Cable Pulling & Rodding
Fiber cable pulling through existing conduit and innerduct. Rodding for new pathways, pull-tape installation, and careful cable management to avoid exceeding bend radius or tension limits.
As-Built Maps & Documentation
Creation and updating of as-built maps, splice records, and network documentation. Accurate field data capture for project closeout and ongoing network management.
General Fiber Support
Day-to-day fiber support tasks: fusion splicing, connector installs, power meter testing, labeling, and any other field work your project requires.
